T.A. Brannan, a resident of Love county, Oklahoma, died on June 2, 1942. He left a will whereby he devised to his wife certain real estate. His three sons, Robert F. Brannan, Maxwell C. Brannan, and Jack C. Brannan, to whom he devised certain real property, share and share alike, were named as executors without bond.
