This is a possessory action in which plaintiff, Robert Lee Hill, seeks to be restored to, and quieted in, the possession of a tract of land containing 86.65 acres, situated in the Parish of Rapides, and seeks damages in the sum of $6,000 as a result of the alleged wrongful cutting and removing of the timber from the tract.
