(hereinafter referred to as Compania) and the S/S Joseph E. Wing (now the S/S Emanuele V. Parodi), a dead ship in the tow of four tugs owned by Dalzell Towing Co., Inc. Compania brings this libel for $25,000 damages against respondent...
