Two questions are raised by this appeal: (1) Whether the court erred in refusing to submit to the jury the issue of an express or an implied warranty as to fitness for use of a second hand Ford truck sold by defendant to the plaintiff; (2) Whether the court erred in granting a judgment nothwithstanding the verdict upon the question of defendant's failure to obtain an insurance policy under which plaintiff's claim based upon damage to the truck...
