Lount on August 24, 1950, petitioned the circuit court for leave to intervene (as additional principal defendant), after judgment had been entered on August 9, 1950, against her son, Herbert G. Lount, and Leo G. Andries, as principal defendants, and the Detroit Bank, as garnishee defendant, and after the garnishee defendant had paid the judgment, August 15, 1950.
