Wilson, Jr., has taken this suspensive appeal from an order of seizure and sale under which a certain Chevrolet tudor sedan was seized from him by the Civil Sheriff for the Parish of Orleans. The writ was issued at the instance of plaintiff, the holder and owner for valuable consideration of a certain promissory note made and subscribed by one Walter Doyle, upon which there is a matured balance of $772.20, with interest and attorney...
