PER CURIAM.

Defendant was found guilty of the crime of breaking and entering and was sentenced to imprisonment in the State Penitentiary at Fort Madison for a period of ten years. He has appealed and the record comes to us in the form of a clerk's transcript.

We have examined the entire record and find no error. The judgment is therefore affirmed.
