The respondent determined a deficiency of $41.26 in petitioners' income tax for 1949. By amended answer, the respondent claims an increased deficiency in a total amount of $91.96. By reply, petitioners admitted the mathematical accuracy of the deficiency claimed by amended answer but claim an over-payment of $50.70.
