This case involves the ownership of joint savings bank accounts. The finding is not attacked by the defendant Tarrant and is not subject to correction as urged by the plaintiff. It may be summarized as follows: Richard P. Haggerty and Mary Ellen O'Neill were married in Norwich in 1905.
