The jury's verdict was for defendant. Plaintiffs filed a motion for judgment n.o.v., which we overruled, and a motion for a new trial, which we granted. Defendant alone appealed, and the Supreme Court reversed. See Tucker v. Tucker, 370 Pa. 8 (1952). The following order concluded the Supreme Court's opinion:
