Austin R. Klingerman died August 28, 1951, testate, a resident of the Town of Bloomsburg, this county, who left to survive him as his only heirs-at-law a widow and two children born of a previous marriage.
In addition to a small amount of personal property, he was the owner of a dwelling located at 265 East Eighth Street, Bloomsburg, with a fair market value of $8,000.
