T. B. Madison, Trustee, filed this suit in nature of trespass to try title against Willie Jordan and wife, Helen Marie Jordan. The land involved is Lot 16, Block 2240, Southland Addition to the City of Dallas. Jordan answered by special exceptions, and on the merits by plea of not guilty and general denial.
