ALTER, Justice.

Ranger Rogers, to whom we will refer as plaintiff, instituted an action against Albert A. Light and Sarah T. Light, hereinafter designated as defendants, to recover damages for breach of contract for the sale of certain real estate, and on trial before the court recovered a judgment in the sum of $1800 to review which defendants bring the case here by writ of error.
