This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Juvenile Court.

The complaint charged that the defendant "did act in a way tending to cause the delinquency" of an 11-year-old boy in that defendant "took indecent liberties with the boy." Defendant having entered a plea of not guilty and having waived in writing a trial by jury, was tried to the court, adjudged guilty, and ordered to stand committed to the Toledo workhouse for a period...
