This is an action to quiet title to lands sold for delinquent taxes. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the court below: appellant as plaintiff, respondents as defendants.

Plaintiff acquired the land in question in 1928 by tax sale. Thereafter he paid taxes for the years 1928 through 1932, since which date he has not paid taxes. The property was again sold for delinquent taxes in 1934, and, no bidder appearing, was purchased...
