This appeal is from a judgment entered on the sustaining of a demurrer to an amended second and supplemental complaint, without leave to amend. The action was commenced on November 20, 1946, to cancel and annul for alleged fraud a satisfaction of judgment executed on October 24, 1933, and to obtain an order directing execution to issue on the judgment.
