Appeal by John F. Galvin individually and as executor from a portion of an order of the probate court, sustaining an objection to the executor's first and final account and petition for distribution. The effect of the portion of the order appealed from is to require the executor to inventory and account for certain real property claimed by appellant individually and which the court found belongs to the estate.
