The state bar association filed charges of professional misconduct against the respondent, Bryce Little, who was admitted to the bar of the state of Washington in May, 1932. It prayed that he be disciplined as the facts and law warrant. A hearing lasting three days was had upon the charges before a trial committee of the bar association, at which both the association and the respondent were represented by counsel.
