RINER, Justice.

This case arose under the Workmen's Compensation Act of the State of Wyoming and to state the matter briefly its disposition rests upon the answer to the question — who was the employer of the injured workman at the time he suffered the injury subsequently herein described? The workman himself is not involved in this controversy as will presently be seen.
