BEAUCHAMP, Judge.

The appeal is from a conviction for an aggravated assault on an officer, with a sentence of two years in the county jail.

The appellant plead not guilty to the charge against him and proceeded to trial without the assistance of an attorney. The evidence in the record is quite full and complete, much of it being hearsay or opinions and conclusions of the witness. There was no objection lodged to it, however, and nothing challenging the admissibility...
