FISHBURNE, Justice.

The plaintiff (appellant here) brought this action against the defendants alleging that he is the owner and in possession of a tract of land containing 547 acres, more or less, situate in Williamsburg County, and that the defendants were trespassing thereon and interfering with his peaceable possession.
