This is a proceeding in which the sole relief sought is an injunction against alleged violations of Sections 15(a) (2) and 15 (a) (5) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, enacted June 25, 1938, c. 676, 52 Stat. 1060, U.S.C.A. Tit. 29, § 201 et seq., by failing to keep proper records as therein provided.
