This suit involves the question whether the employees of Airlines Transportation, Inc., are employees "engaged in commerce" within the meaning of § 6(a) of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq.; and if so, whether they fall within the terms of § 13(a) of the Act which provides that § 6 shall not apply to any employee of an employer engaged in the business of operating taxicabs.
