Plaintiff in error Johns, codefendant in the trial court, prosecutes this writ of error to review a joint judgment against him and other defendants in the sum of $20,515.50, plus interest in the sum of $1,001.84, entered on a jury verdict at the close of a trial for damages resulting from a threecar automobile accident which occurred on the evening of July 22, 1950, on U.
