GIBSON, J.
This is a divorce action and in this opinion the parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court. Plaintiff in error was defendant.
On October 16, 1950, following a trial in which defendant appeared by his attorneys, a judgment was rendered and filed granting plaintiff a divorce and directing a division of property. The journal entry recites, in part:
"It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the property...
