PER CURIAM.

This action was instituted in the district court of Noble county, Oklahoma, on the 13th day of March, 1950, by Elizabeth E. Ritthaler, plaintiff, against Ila Dunshee and others, defendants. Plaintiff alleges that she is the owner of all of lots 6 to 20, both inclusive, in block 12, in Porter Addition to Perry, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof; that she has been in the open, notorious, peaceable and exclusive possession of said property...
