OPINION BY RENO, J., July 17, 1952:

Appellant was involved in a fist fight with the deceased Steve Hosack in the latter's apartment and subsequently indicted and convicted of involuntary manslaughter. His demurrer to the evidence and motion for dismissal for want of sufficient evidence to sustain the charge were overruled by the trial judge. Motions in arrest of judgment under the Act of June 15, 1951, P.L. 585...
