Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

The respondent has determined deficiencies in petitioner's income tax for 1945 and 1946 in the amounts of $4,984.11 and $2,296.81, respectively. The only question in issue is whether petitioner's wife was a partner in a business in which the petitioner, his brother-in-law and his father-in-law were engaged as an alleged partnership composed of them and their wives.
