This is a suit in equity, wherein Pearl Scrivner, as plaintiff, seeks to establish and quiet title to an undivided one-fourth interest in the oil, gas and other minerals underlying a 110-acre tract of land in Carter county, Oklahoma, as against the defendant, Will Scrivner, her former husband. The parties appear here in the same order, and will be referred to, as they appeared in the trial court.
