The appellant Alice Drake is the widow of one Harry L. Drake, late of Chicago, Illinois, who died April 11, 1946. The other Drake appellants are his minor children and the appellant, James G. Potter, is their legal guardian. Upon the death of Harry L. Drake his said widow and two children inherited, through his will, 527 acres of farm land in Jasper County, Indiana, then under written lease to the appellee, Jake L. Eggleston.
