This action under Sec. 17 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. § 217, was instituted by the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division, Department of Labor, to enjoin appellee, Celery City Printing Company, from violating the minimum wage, overtime compensation, and illegal shipment provisions of said Act.
