A jury in the Court of Common Pleas found plaintiff entitled to participate in the workmen's compensation fund for the death of her husband.

The principal contention on this appeal is failure to prove that the injury resulting in the death occurred in the course of and arose out of the employment. The burden of so proving rests upon the plaintiff.
