Millirons filed suit against Delta Air Lines Inc., on November 18, 1948, for damages arising from personal injuries sustained by Millirons while going from one of the defendant's airplanes, on which he had been a passenger, to his car, which was in a parking area at the Herbert Smart Airport near Macon.
