Appellant Henry Brewer pleaded guilty in open court, with a co-defendant, to three separate charges of armed robbery. His pleas were endorsed on each of the indictments and were signed by him. As of May 10, 1946, he was sentenced on each of the three bills to a term of imprisonment of from 2 to 6 years in the Western Penitentiary to be served consecutively; he concedes that...
