The question presented on this appeal is the validity of certain orders of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. The facts presented to the commission upon which the orders are based are not in substantial dispute. The Superior Oil Company and W.B. Osborn are the owners of equal undivided interests in oil and gas leases on four separate 40-acre tracts of land in Garvin county, Oklahoma.
