Schumann, overtime compensation, damages and attorneys' fees which the plaintiff claimed under § 16(b) of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 216(b), because of the alleged failure of the defendants to pay him for overtime pursuant to § 7(a) (3) of the Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 207(a) (3).
