Margaret Sue Phillips, administratrix of the estate of her husband, Lonnie Harry William Phillips, sued William Merritt Brinkley and William Herndon Brinkley, charging them with negligence in the death of her husband, who, at the time, was riding in a truck operated by William Merritt Brinkley. Phillips was employed by the Virginia Department of Highways and his dependents have been granted an award under the Workmen's Compensation Act, Code 150...
