The plaintiff, Victoria Tarczynski, commenced an action in the circuit court for Walworth county against John Czapiga, a resident of Illinois, and other defendants, to recover damages sustained by her for the wrongful death of her husband, which was caused by Czapiga's negligent operation of his automobile on a Wisconsin highway while her husband was a passenger in Czapiga's automobile.
