The appeal brings before us an order of the District Court denying a motion of appellant, plaintiff in that court, for a preliminary injunction. Our jurisdiction attaches under 28 U.S.C. § 1292 (Supp.V, 1952). Appellant makes and sells in interstate commerce candles known as "Moskee-to-Lites with an effective mosquito repellant." It sought to restrain multiple seizures of its product by enjoining prosecution or institution of any libel action...
