This action is in trespass to try title, to recover an undivided one-half interest in a small tract of land in the town of Jasper.

The plaintiff, W. E. Jetton, was formerly the husband of the defendant, who is Minie Jetton. They were divorced at the suit of the wife by a decree rendered on December 31, 1948 by the court which tried the cause now before us on this appeal; and the tract in suit was a part of their community estate, and they...
