The appeal is from a conviction for murder with a life sentence in the penitentiary.

The statement of facts in the case sufficiently supports the jury's verdict. The only defense offered was insanity. This issue was thoroughly gone into and evidence produced from a number of witnesses, relatives and neighbors, who knew appellant and described the condition upon which they based a conclusion as to his mental incapacity.
