Through his father as guardian ad litem, plaintiff Thomas B. Rickey II, brought this action against Mr. and Mrs. Kardassakis for injuries received by him when struck by an automobile driven by Mrs. Kardassakis. The defendants denied the allegations of the complaint and pleaded, as a special defense, that the accident was unavoidable. The jury specifically found that the defendants were "not negligent," and brought in its verdict in their favor...
