This was an action to recover life insurance. The petition was in three causes of action. The defendant filed a general demurrer to all three causes. An intervenor filed an answer and cross petition. The defendant demurred to these. The trial court overruled the demurrer to the first and second causes of action of the plaintiff and sustained it as to the third....
