Hatcher for the purpose of establishing their ownership of a two-thirds interest in the Keen and Reed leases in Stonewall County, which were in the name of said oil company. Plaintiffs alleged that prior to May 18, 1950, they and M. E. Hatcher were engaged in the business of buying oil and gas leases and royalties in West Texas, particularly in Stonewall County, for their joint account...
