In this action plaintiff sought to recover damages sustained because of the death of her husband in a collision between two automobiles. In her complaint she alleged that her husband's death was due to injuries proximately caused by the negligence of the defendant. The defendant in his answer denied any negligence on his part and alleged contributory negligence on the part of plaintiff's decedent. Trial of the action resulted in a verdict and judgment...
