This is an appeal by the plaintiff from an order of the circuit court, entered January 5, 1951, which made provision for the custody of a child, Donna, four years of age, of which the parties are the parents. The order awarded to the defendant, the child's mother, custody for eleven months of each year and to the father, the plaintiff, custody for the remaining month. The child was born January 7, 1947.
