This is an appeal on questions of law by the Board of Review, Bureau of Unemployment Compensation, State of Ohio, from an order of the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, reversing and vacating a decision of the Board of Review which allowed unemployment compensation to Opal Edgar Baker, a resident of West Virginia.
