This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Juvenile Court of Champaign County. Defendant was charged with encouraging and contributing to the neglect or dependency of James Robert Dunlap, a minor two years of age. The jury returned a verdict of guilty, on which the court entered judgment and pronounced sentence.
