This is a child custody case. The appellee, Perry B. Nichols, filed a motion in the district court of Dallas County in this cause to change the custody of his two minor children from his divorced wife to himself. Appellant answered the motion and denied that any change had occurred which would justify the court in taking the custody of the children from her and awarding it to appellee, and asked that he be held in contempt for failure to make payments...
