This is a suit for foreclosure of a mortgage covering certain lands in Stephens county, Oklahoma. It is now prosecuted by the First National Bank & Trust Company of Oklahoma City, trustee, and Sam S. Gill, as plaintiffs, against W.J. Stark, as defendant, the sole appellant here. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
